CAABC stands firmly behind the quality of member services with the AABC National Performance Guaranty. If concerns arise, a written complaint can be submitted for prompt review by the AABC Board. The Guaranty, valid for one year, ensures satisfaction by resolving issues and providing assistance if needed for project completion at no cost to the building owner.
